Dr Mark Robinson, Director of the Socio-Technical Centre and Associate Professor, University of Leeds, UK ""This book offers a thoughtful and well-evidenced guide to building psychologically safe environments at work. Its strength lies in its clarity, its grounding in research, and its practical application to real-world organisational challenges. For those of us who believe inclusion is fundamental to business success, this is an invaluable resource. I highly recommend it."" Nimesh Shah, CEO Blick Rothenberg ""This book is a powerful and timely contribution to the field. Grounded in rigorous psychological research—both classic and contemporary—it brings the concept of psychological safety to life in a way that is accessible, practical and deeply relevant to today’s workplaces. From famous studies on group behaviour and authority to modern examples from global organisations, it seamlessly connects theory to action.
