Nick Saltmarsh and Josiah Meldrum founded Hodmedod's with William Hudson in 2012 to supply pulses, wholegrains, seeds, and other products from British farms. Working with British farms they source a range of top-quality ingredients and delicious foods. Well-respected within the food and farming community, Hodmedod's is passionate about making ancient grains and wholefoods more accessible while promoting sustainable and resilient farming practices. They are winners of BBC Radio 4's Food and Farming Awards.
