Yann Couvreur is a renowned French pastry chef celebrated for his refined, contemporary approach to classic patisserie. He began his career at the Trianon Palace in Versailles and went on to lead pastry kitchens at some of the world's top luxury hotels, including Eden Rock Saint-Barthélemy, Le Burgundy, and Prince de Galles . In May 2016, he opened his first pastry shop in Paris near the Canal Saint-Martin, followed by a second location in Le Marais in June 2017 . Today, his patisseries can be found across Paris and in international cities such as Miami, Dubai, Seoul, Riyadh, and Doha . Couvreur is celebrated for his precise technique, inventive flavour combinations, and distinctive visual style. In 2016, Pierre Hermé was voted best pastry chef in the world by the Academy of the World's 50 Best Restaurants.
