I started writing seriously shortly after my daughter died. She was special needs. My life focus was on her and my son, who is also special needs. I graduated in civil engineering and worked for the country's largest telecom provider for 36 years. My interest in writing started in high school when my English teacher asked the class to write a poem, then short one-page stories. The next set of writings were my love letters to my wife of 43 years, long ones, multi-page, double sided and handwritten, filled with love and desire. But all that stopped when we had our children. Now my daughter is gone and my son is in a home. I started writing again and I can't seem to stop.
