“Becoming aware and getting to know your values, what is truly important and meaningful to you, is critical to our sense of meaning, our sense of purpose, and our positivity and happiness” -- The Pregnancy Centre “Women learn to nurture others from a young age and often learn to ‘people-please’. This means that we often prioritise ourselves less than others, even to the point of self-sacrifice or exhaustion. We may also find it hard to say ‘no’ to demands and take on too many tasks. This can lead to ignoring self-care, for example, not including enough rest, or eating or sleeping adequately, potentially causing harm to health and wellbeing.” * The Haven Magazine * “revitalise your relationship” * Platinum Magazine * “7 Tips to silence your inner critic and overcome perfectionism.” * Welldoing Magazine * “ Above all, The Flourishing Woman is a guide to fostering our mental health and wellbeing, which includes getting in touch with our authentic selves, feeling connected, growing as a person (even at times of challenge), a sense of meaning and purpose.
