Sarah Ayoub is a freelance journalist based in Sydney, Australia. Her work has appeared in various print and online publications, including Marie-Claire, Madison, Cosmopolitan, House & Garden, Sunday Style, The Guardian, Cleo, Shop Til You Drop, Frankie, Yen, Girlfriend and more. She has taught Journalism at the University of Notre Dame and spoken at numerous industry events with the Emerging Writers' Festival, NSW Writers' Centre, the Walkley Foundation, Vibewire and more. Nisrine Amine is an AWGIE-nominated, Lebanese-Australian actress, writer and director. She is known for her various stage and screen credits including Home and Away, Amazing Grace, Mr Inbetween, and Frayed. She is the co-writer on the feature film Here Out West which will be the opening night film at the 2021 Sydney Film Festival. Nisrine is also the co-founder and creative director of Parramatta Actors Centre.
