Morc Coulson teaches sport and exercise science at the University of Sunderland and is a fellow of the Higher Education academy. He is a Level 4 Specialist CPD course evaluator and the author of titles including The Fitness Instructor’s Handbook and The Complete Guide to Personal Training. Matt Brown is a sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach who currently works in professional football. He has previously worked within the sports technology industry and at a national football association.
