Mahmut Bakır completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Air Transport Management at Mustafa Kemal University, Turkey. He went on to earn both his master’s and PhD in the Civil Aviation Management Program at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Anadolu University. He is currently a faculty member in the Department of Aviation Management at Samsun University. His main research interests include airline business, service marketing, consumer behavior, multi-attribute decision analysis, and multivariate statistics. Dr. Bakır has contributed extensively to international journals and book projects through his research.
