""";;An excellent overview of the subject which should be useful for many people including medical students and medical graduates. As poor sleep is a major problem for many people, there is information in this book that provides a key to understanding the many aspects of sleep and what can be done to improve it. The section on the use of sleeping tablets is very valuable as so many people in New Zealand take these without dealing with more fundamental problems that affect their sleep patterns. Highly recommended."" -;D Graeme Woodfield, University of Auckland MB., ChB (NZ), FRCPE, FRCPA, PhD (Edin)"
