Reviews for Sale and Supply of Goods

""James Devenney, in the latest edition, with his careful exposition of the theories of sale and supply of goods, explores and fills an important gap in the commercial law literature. He skilfully explains and examines the origins of sales law, types of transactions and goods, and the elements of a sale of goods transaction. It is a leading book rich with evidence and examples. This book will lead the field in addressing legal problems in the sale and supply of goods transactions."" — Orkun Akseli, Professor of Commercial Law and Academic Director of Manchester LawTech Initiative, The University of Manchester Law School, UK
