The late Michael Furmston was formerly Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dean, Professor of Law and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Bristol; formerly Dean of Law at Singapore Management University, Singapore; and formerly of the Centre for Commercial Law and Justice at Sunway University, Malaysia. He was also a Bencher of Gray’s Inn. James Devenney is Head of the School of Law and Professor of Transnational Commercial Law at the University of Reading, UK.
