Shamim Akhtar is a postdoctoral researcher at Jiangsu University, China in Management Science and Engineering. Currently, researching project related to green product innovation, entrepreneurship, innovation performance and digital transformation of SMEs. She has experience of teaching and research in the fields of Management, Leadership, Innovation performance, green product innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainability. She has publications in well reputed (SSCI) journals. She also published a book chapter “Digital Transformation in HRM - Using Social Media for Recruiting and Employer Branding, in Innovative Human Resources Management for SMEs” with IGI Global Publishing. Prasad Siba Borah , Ph.D. and currently serving as an associate professor in the School of Management at Jiangsu University, China. In pursuit of academic excellence, Dr. Borah has published several scientific papers in top-notch academic journals SSCI/SCI Q1, A* level, including Business Strategy and the Environment, Energy Economics, and Technology in Society, among several others. He also edited a prestigious book titled “Selected Cases on Management” by Tsinghua University Press. He is also contributing his volunteer expertise as a reviewer and editorial board member for various peer-reviewed academic journals.
