Khartic Rao Manokaran holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Newcastle (Singapore Campus), and Raffles University. Over the years, Dr. Khartic has contributed extensively to academia through curriculum development, module delivery, and academic moderation across various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. His research focuses on sustainability governance, ESG, CSR, and Entrepreneurship, with multiple publications indexed in Scopus and ERA, including book chapters with IGI Global. He is also an MQA panel assessor and active reviewer for international academic journals. Logaiswari Indiran possesses a doctoral degree from Management at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. Throughout her 21-year teaching career, she has made significant contributions to the Faculty of Management, focusing her research efforts on various areas including technology entrepreneurship, green innovation, intellectual capital, business incubators, and start-ups. She has published in leading journals and presented in various international conferences. She is a guest speaker in several forums and management institutions in Malaysia, China, Turkey, The Philippines, Pakistan, and UAE. Dr. Suresh Ramakrishnan has several years of teaching, research, and practical experience in various capacities in Malaysia. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He also has additional duties of Associate Director Global Strategy & Engagement at UTM International. He has published more than 100 research articles in indexed journals. He has led and collaborated on various national and international research projects, especially from the industries in Malaysia, International grants, University fund and the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education. He has supervised 52 PhD students and 5 Masters students after his doctoral degree. He was appointed to the Expert Panel for Research and Development Grants by the Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi (MOSTI) - Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Deakin University Australia.
