In today s business landscape, organizations must adapt to technological advancements while ensuring these changes foster inclusivity and equity. Leading inclusive workplaces through digital transformation and organizational change requires a strategic and human-centered approach that aligns innovation with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals. As digital tools reshape work, communication, and decision-making, leaders play a critical role in guiding their teams through change while integrating inclusive practices into new systems and structures. This intersection of digital transformation and organizational change presents an opportunity to create workplaces that are more adaptive, collaborative, and inclusive for all employees. Leading Inclusive Workplaces Through Digital Transformation and Organizational Change examines inclusive and accessible business practices using intelligent technologies. It explores strategies for improved employee health and well-being, retention, and recruitment. This book covers topics such as labor dynamics, artificial intelligence, and agile leadership, and is a useful resource for business owners, engineers, managers, academicians, researchers, and data scientists.
