When seventeen-year-old Ethan awakens after being kidnapped, he has no memory of his life or the world around him. Society is fractured and full of twins, each pair harbouring the secret of who is good and who is evil.

Enlisting help from four teenagers, Ethan's new-found companions are just as surprising, as they freely use potions and technologically advanced rings, items which prove to be invaluable protections.

For not only is Ethan confronted by the evil Nuns, somebody is still after him, and his companions may not be who they seem. But worse than that, his journey leads him to discover his own shocking secrets.

To be enjoyed by teenagers and adults alike, this novel will leave you guessing as to who is good and who is not, and poses the question, can a bad person choose to be good? For ages 10 plus.

In contrast to his training as a pharmacist, Michael has always had a strong interest in writing, particulary science fiction and fantasy, although he has also dabbled in black comedy. He enjoys injecting mystery, twists and surprises into his writing and aims to balance the seriousness of the storyline with less serious elements creating humour. This duality is shown particularly in the novel 'Good Twin, Bad Twin' in many ways, not only for the opposing characters of the twins, but also in the dichotomy between the use of potions and technological rings. Michael is looking forward to writing the sequel to Good Twin, Bad Twin, hopefully as part of an oceanside getaway in Queensland.

Reviews for Good Twin Bad Twin

Love all the little details and the splattering of little breadcrumbs through the whole story. It was nice when something got wrapped up because you get that lightbulb moment of OH YEAH! -Sabrina Gidley Ouroborus Books
