Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Work is a comprehensive, accessible text focusing on DEI and how they influence employees’ access to work, their experiences in the workplace, and the outcomes for teams and organizations. The book examines the differences in opportunities and experiences among different groups as well as the ways managers can create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. George B. Cunningham is the UAA Endowed Professor in the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida. Author of more than 200 articles and book chapters, Cunningham focuses on diversity and inclusion, including ways to increase access, improve people’s experiences at work, and create and sustain diverse and inclusive organizations. He has widely published management, psychology, and gender studies journals.
