Reviews for The Little Book Of Calm: Over 3 million copies sold

Call it psychobabble, refuse to take any advice from a tiny book with a picture of a cloud on every page, but if you are like the rest of us you might find something here that will greatly improve your day. Today I read, 'Use a soft voice, have you ever noticed a calm person with a loud voice?' That's quite true, and when I stopped shouting at my laptop it seemed to realize that I was more calm and began to behave properly. There are two ways of looking at the fact that this is a mega bestseller, and my way of looking at it is to say that it's full of things we all want to hear. Review by Maeve Binchy, author of 'Tara Road', 'The Glass Lake' and 'Circle of Friends'. (Kirkus UK)
