Adam Christopher is a novelist, comic writer, and award-winning editor. Adam is the author of The Burning Dark and the LA Trilogy, as well as co-writer of The Shield for Dark Circle Comics. His debut novel, Empire State, was SciFiNow’s Book of the Year and a Financial Times Book of the Year for 2012. Born in New Zealand, he has lived in Great Britain since 2006. Leatrice ""Elle"" McKinney, writing as L.L. McKinney, is a poet and active member of the kidlit community. She’s an advocate for equality and inclusion in publishing, and the creator of the hashtag #WhatWoCWritersHear. She’s spent time in the slush by serving as a reader for agents and participating as a judge in various online writing contests. Elle's also a gamer, Blerd, and adamant Hei Hei stan, living in Kansas surrounded by more nieces and nephews than she knows what to do with. She’s @ElleOnWords on Twitter. A BLADE SO BLACK is her debut novel. Prior to joining Blizzard Entertainment, Andrew Robinson had been a developing executive and talent manager before becoming a television animation writer and creator, working for companies like Marvel, WB, Hasbro, Cartoon Network, Sony, and others on IP like Transformers, Spider-Man, Avengers, Young Justice, G.I. Joe, and many more. Andrew joined Story & Franchise Development at Blizzard Entertainment in 2014, excited to tell stories that enhance and enrich various games. He loves story development and world-building, and has written animated shorts, songs, comics, and short stories for World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Diablo, StarCraft, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, and a few incubation projects as well.
