""As someone who is neither Anglican nor ordained, this book provides a beautiful account of the journey I have seen many friends and students take. It is theologically rich, full of spiritual and practical wisdom, and honest about the realities of power and privilege, while remaining hopeful. I highly recommend this book to anyone feeling even the slightest nudge to explore ordained ministry, and those needing to remember why they said yes to the call."" -- Dr Selina Stone ""A helpful, timely and articulate reminder of the absolute essentials of priestly ministry in the Church today"" -- Fr Jarel Robinson-Brown
