He holds a PhD in Management and an MBA from VTU India and has achieved the prestigious 'Fellow' status from Advance HE, UK, in recognition of his significant contributions to global higher education. In addition to his academic qualifications, he has received certifications in FinTech from the University of Cambridge, Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), US, Transactional Analysis from The Berne Institute, England, and ISO Lead Auditor. These certifications highlight his commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in his field. He is an active researcher in the field of social science and humanities, with his work published in reputable journals indexed under Scopus, ABDC, and Web of Science. He possesses a deep understanding of behavioural sciences and is a skilled freelance trainer, conducting programs on self-development, behavioural diagnostic tools, transactional analysis, and emotional intelligence. Currently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor and the Head of the Staff Development Unit at Kingdom University, Bahrain.
