Transformative leadership plays a key role in enhancing higher education with technological advancements that harness and promote equity, inclusion, and opportunity for all learners. As digital innovations shape academic landscapes, leaders are challenged to ensure that these tools do not inadvertently widen existing gaps. By creating a vision that integrates ethical considerations and forward-thinking strategies, leaders can create an environment where technology becomes a bridge rather than a barrier, empowering diverse communities and driving systemic changes in higher education. Transformative Leadership and Enhancing Equity in Technological Advancements in Higher Education explores how the integration of technology into higher education has revolutionized the academic landscape. This book aims to drive systemic change that ensures equitable access to technological advancements for all students. Covering topics such as equity, leadership, and technological advancements, this book is an excellent resource for administrators, deans, department heads, and policymakers, as well as educators, instructional designers, and researchers.
