Carl Sandburg (1878–1967) was an American poet and writer. His poems celebrate the beauty he found in the everyday, like yellow pumpkins coloring the hills. Tatyana Feeney grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and now lives in Ireland. She spent a lot of her early childhood going to the library and reading books.
