And, from July 1954 to July 1955, it wasn't just Disneyland. They also left RKO to distribute their own movies, created their first television show, released 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, partnered on the Disneyland Hotel, managed the Davy Crockett phenomenon, and released Lady and the Tramp. That would be a lot for ten years. And Disney did it in one.
