Linda Duncan is a home cook and mother of three from the picturesque town of Tāupo, at the heart of New Zealand's North Island. Linda always had a love of food, but between running an accounting business and raising a family, cooking fast became a chore - she didn't have the energy to make complicated recipes, or the time to track down unusual ingredients, never to be used again. This led her to create a book of go-to recipes anyone could pick up and start cooking to impress, regardless of how much time, money or experience they had - and all without skimping on flavour.
