Roy Reid, APR, CPRC, MCPC is a coach, strategist, and consultant. He helps them develop resilient and courageous teams that foster a high-trust culture where people feel safe, do the right thing, deliver outstanding service, and strive to improve performance each day. His was a principal investigator on research studies at AdventHealth, exploring the impact of trust on relationships. Currently, he serves as a Senior Fellow with The Stockworth Institute, dedicated to providing companies with the competent skilled workforce they need in today’s competitive and unstable marketplace. Roy has worked with Fortune 500® companies, healthcare organizations, entrepreneurs, professional service firms, and public agencies, with notable clients including AdventHealth, the University of Central Florida, Wal-Mart, and Duke Energy. With his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Roy is an accredited public relations professional (APR), a certified public relations counselor (CPRC), and Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC). He is also a master martial artist with a fifth-degree black belt in Taekwondo. Many refer to Roy Reid as a living miracle. His inspirational story of survival from acute aortic dissection in 2019 shapes his influential message on the transformational power of trust. He champions a life ethos of “love people, be grateful, give generously, and make a difference.” Roy and his wife Kim live in Orlando, FL, and have four children. Omayra Mansfield, MD, MHA, FACEP is the Chief Medical Officer at AdventHealth Apopka and former Chief of Staff at AdventHealth Celebration. She is board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Mansfield completed her medical degree and master’s in healthcare administration at the University of Florida and her emergency medicine residency at Carolinas Medical Center in North Carolina. Prior to working as an emergency medicine physician, Dr. Mansfield spent several years in healthcare administration and has held several leadership roles in various departments throughout her over two-decade career in healthcare, in areas including medical staff, emergency department, and finance. She has been honored with the ACHE Innovation Award, Resident Research Award, SAEM Excellence in Emergency Medicine Award, and AMA Medical Student Leadership Award, among others. Dr. Mansfield has a passion for motivating others to achieve a life of health and balance. She regularly speaks to corporate and public groups on topics such as transformational trust in the workplace and improving health and wellness at home and work. She has a keen interest in educating healthcare providers on patient safety and improving the patient experience and has lectured extensively on these topics.
