Aldric, a dragon over nine thousand years old, or so he claims, is seen by everyone else as nothing more than a nine-year-old boy. Stripped of his true power by a curse, Aldric knows that beneath his human form lies the essence of a mighty dragon. Forced to navigate the world of humans, he must contend with their skepticism, ignorance, and infuriating attempts at hospitality.
Two humans, Lisa and Anthony, believe Aldric is a troubled child and have taken it upon themselves to care for him, despite their skepticism.
Accompanied by Tilly, a mischievous pixie with a knack for getting into trouble, Aldric embarks on a perilous journey to uncover the truth behind his curse. Along the way, he encounters fairies, dryads, and other magical creatures, seeking out those responsible for the atrocity committed against him.
