In ancient Greece and Rome, it was believed that the planets influenced the affairs of men. This book revives that paradigm by taking the reader through a three-step process. First is an explanation of the law as it pertains to how the planet Mars influences man. This is followed by evidence and demonstration that a belief that Mars influences humans and events is a plausible and rational belief. Here we can gather that the content laid out in this book can foster a revival of the Roman empire through the Mars 360 system

Mars 360, is a formulated and hypothesized global social accord ideally operable under the same principle as the Paris Climate Accord, that attempts to integrate all nations into a common cause. The Mars effect on human behavior inclines each individual toward certain predispositions that lend itself to fundamental outlooks which carries with it... a high degree of inflexibility. This inflexibility plays itself out in various political and social stances like socialism, pacifism, capitalism, liberalism, conservatism, libertarianism, etc, but is actually the result of Mars's permanent influence on the human brain. This gives rise to the idea that while certain stances are different in external display, they are at the same time fundamentally backed by the same source(to varying degrees of course)....which is Mars.

Historically humanity has fostered a race-driven ethnocentric perspective. Mars 360, however, introduces the idea of the cosmic-driven perspective. Unlike qualities of ethnicity or nationality which bind peoples and groups together, Mars 360 introduces a way for humans to become cosmically driven, dividing themselves based on natal astrological factors such as where Mars was situated at the time they were born. This outlook fragments the entire human population into 6 cosmic races that are all defined by their natal astrological Mars position, putting humans into a segment in which everyone within that segment would share a similar personality trait and outlook. This ideally would override the ethnicity and nationality factors and bring the world under one construct and legal system, dissolving the boundaries of nationality.

Under Mars 360, laws and privileges are granted based on the general character and personality disposition of a person as defined in the Mars 360 Religious and Social System. This outlook even changes the US Constitution, because under Mars 360, for example, freedom of speech would only be applied to the Mars-4 personality. Everyone else would have restrictions there. Essentially, each group would have laws and privileges that are exclusive to their respective Mars-based personality characteristics. These laws would be enforced by restricting buying and selling to those that have joined the Mars 360 system.

This system divides the entire human race into six categories. A person 's astrological birthchart and the location of Mars thereof is used to determine how the law will be applied to that individual. The law under Mars 360 is not applied uniformly across the population, but is based on where Mars was situated at the time a person was born, along with the personality characteristics that define that position. This would take precedence over race and nationality and could be used to implement a one world government, with people now primarily identified based on Mars factors. Other aspects of identity, such as nationality and race would take a backseat
