Becky Heidesch is the founder of, two online career centers, and a nationwide boutique executive search firm, where she has interviewed hundreds of executives and placed senior level women in dozens of industries in corporate America.Over several decades, she has held various job titles, including coach, assistant professor, director of human resources, entrepreneur, publisher, sports marketer, and executive recruiter. She has served as a consultant for Oshman's Sporting Goods, Franklin Covey, and Hyundai Motor America.Becky is an industry and media resource and recognized nationally in college textbooks and print media, including the Orange County Register, Los Angeles Times, Sports Business Journal, Athletic Business, Sports Traveler. She has also been featured on NBC, OCN, and the S&P Global podcast. As a public speaker, she has led career seminars for companies and organizations, along with various women's groups including, Women in Automotive, Women in Financial, Women in Government, and Women in Sports.She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University. As a California native, she cherishes her non-working moments with her family, friends, and Gen Z teenager. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, being on or near the water, golfing, or practicing yoga.She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University.
