Fathilah Ismail is a PhD holder and a senior lecturer in the Department of Tourism Management, Faculty of Business, Economics, and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia. Siti Nur 'Atikah Zulkiffli is an accomplished Associate Professor with over a decade of experience in teaching Management at the Faculty of Business, Economics, and Social Development (FPEPS) within Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. She brings a wealth of academic expertise to her role, supported by a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) degree from Kolej Universiti Sains dan Teknologi Malaysia (formerly known as KUSTEM, now UMT), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management earned from the University of Wollongong, Australia in 2012. Her doctoral research delved into the corporate competitive capabilities, supply chain operational capabilities, and supply chain integration of Malaysian SMEs.She has been instrumental in educating students in a range of areas, including Strategic Management, Merchandising and Purchasing Management, Change Management, Entrepreneurship, and Social Marketing. Currently, she holds the positions of the Coordinator of Alumni affairs. She has previously served as the Coordinator of Project Paper Management for the MBA program. Nur Amalina Mohamad Zaki is a Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT). Amalina received her bachelor's degree (BSC in Business Administration with triple majors: Management, International Business, and Business Information System) from Indiana University, Bloomington USA in 2007. She then pursued her master (Master of Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing) from Western Michigan University, Michigan USA. Amalina holds a PhD in Marketing from Griffith University, Australia in 2017 with a doctorate study titled ""An Exploratory Study Social Media Role in Business-to-business Relationship Marketing in Malaysia"". She also went for a post-doctoral degree at University of Sydney, Australia in 2018. Her research interests are in the field of Relationship Marketing. Currently, she holds several domestic and international research grants. Amalina has been participating in several innovation competitions within Universiti Malaysia Terengganu as well as to the national level. Among the innovation competitions she has participated include Hari Inovasi PPAL 2021, Research and Teaching Innovation Competition (RTIC) 2021, Karnival Inovasi @UMT 2022, Minggu Penyelidikan dan Inovasi (MP1) 2022, Anugerah Pembelajaran & Pengajaran 2022, and Anugerah Khas YB Menteri Pendidikan Malaysia: Rekabentuk Kurikulum dan Penyampaian Inovatif (AKRI) 2022. Noor Zatul Iffah Hussin is a PhD holder and a senior lecturer in the Department of Tourism Management, Faculty of Business, Economics, and Social Development, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia.
