Carimo Rassal is a Visiting Professor at the University of Algarve and a researcher affiliated with CIDEHUS – the Interdisciplinary Center for History, Cultures, and Societies at the University of Évora. He holds a PhD in Tourism, a master’s, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, along with a Specialist Title in Hospitality and Catering and multiple executive certifications. With more than thirty years of professional and academic experience, Dr. Rassal has developed recognized expertise in strategic consulting, professional training, and human resources development in tourism and hospitality. His research encompasses tourism and hospitality management, large language models, talent management, and sustainability. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and serves as a reviewer, board member, and evaluator for national and international institutions.
