Alan Philips is the founder of Guerrilla Culinary Brigade, which consults on start-up, conceptualization, marketing, and operations for hotels, casinos, restaurants, pop-up restaurants, food trucks, and food festivals. He writes the Cocktail Hour blog and is a regular guest writer for media outlets such as Zagat. Alan has worked with such well-known chefs as Wolfgang Puck, Todd English, and Seamus Mullen. He is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
