Dr. Hesham Alkhalayleh is a lecturer, mediator, and facilitator with a strong record of working with families, children, and the wider community to promote constructive conflict resolution and restorative practices. He earned his PhD from Western Sydney University (WSU), Australia, where he later served as a lecturer, contributing to research and teaching in law, justice, and dispute resolution. He also holds a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Jarash Private University, Jordan.Dr. Alkhalayleh is currently the Director of the Restorative Justice Foundation and Education Centre (RJFEC), an organization dedicated to supporting schools, families, and communities through restorative practices, education, and training. His leadership extends internationally, having served as the principal of the Jordan Dispute Resolution Centre in Amman, Jordan, where he pioneered mediation and conflict management initiatives.Combining academic rigor with practical expertise, Dr. Alkhalayleh has become a leading voice in restorative justice, offering pathways for accountability, reintegration, and healing across educational, community, and family contexts.
