Marco Valeri is Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior, Faculty of Economics at Niccolò Cusano University, Italy. He received PhD in Strategic Management and Organizational Behavior from “Tor Vergata” University, Italy. He is Lecture in Applied Organizational Behaviour at Xenophon College, UK. He is Visiting Professor at University of Information Science and Technology (UIST) “St. Paul The Apostle”, Macedonia. He is Adjunct Professor at Faculty of Social Sciences and Leisure Management, School of Hospitality, Tour- ism and Events, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. He is Adjunct Professor, Faculty of Economics at Lovely Pro- fessional University (LPU), India. He is Associate Researcher in Strategy, Magellan Research Center, School of Management, Iaelyon Business School, Jean Monet University, France. He is Honorary Associate Profes- sor, University of Pannonia, Hungary. Ranked #7 worldwide the most productive family economics scholars according to the ranking published by Texas State University. He’s teaching and consultancy fields include strategic management, leadership development, cross-cultural management, international hospitality management. His research areas include sustainability and green practices, strategy implementation, knowledge management, family business, crisis management, infor- mation technology, network analysis. He chaired/co-chaired and served on numerous PhD dissertation and master thesis committees. He has a long and extensive international academic experience and has taken visiting positions in several universities. He is member of several Editorial Boards of international tourism journals, reviewer and editor of several handbooks on entrepreneurship, tourism and hospitality management (Emerald Publishing, Springer, Routledge and IGI Global). Syed Haider Ali Shah is associated with Bahria Business School as an Associate Professor/ Research Cell Coordinator at Business Studies Department of Bahria Business School since, 2017 right after his PhD completion. Before joining the BBS, Bahria University, he earned his PhD from University of Malaya (UM), (AACSB Accredited) and also worked there as research assistant for three years during his PhD. He also worked with International medical college and carried out multiple internships in telecom and banking sector. Dr. Haider received his BBA (Hon’s) Degree and MS Degree from Hazara University with CPGA 3.78 and 3.85 CGPA respectively. He completed his Ph.D. Degree from Universiti Malaya (UM), Malaysia. His doctoral thesis was based on Bundle of HR practices and employee retention in Malaysian Hotel Industry. Dr. Haider’s teaching interests include Human Resource Management: Concepts and Applications, Peoples and Organizations, Principles of Management, Human Resource Research Methods, Organizational Change Management, Organizational Behavior and Theory, Leadership and Change Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Conflict Management. Dr. Haider has supervised many undergraduate and graduate- level students. His primary research interest is in the field of HR Practices, Leadership and Management with special research interest in HR Practices, Green HR Practices, Talent Management, Green HR Practices, Leadership Styles, CSR Practices, OCB, Innovation and Pro-Environmental Behavior. He has a good command of primary datasets along with the handling of various statistical tools such as AMOS, Smart PLS and SPSS etc. Dr. Haider has published several research articles on Leadership Styles, Green HR Practices, CSR Practices, Talent Management, and Pro-Environmental Behavior in quality peered review and impact factor journals like Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management (Impact Factor 8.46). He has presented several research articles at international conferences and organized many international conferences and workshop programs. Dr. Haider has completed one research project awarded by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan. He is an editor for three a Calls for Book Chapters One in IGI Global Publisher and one in Emerald Publisher title: Women’s empowerment with in the tourism industry in IGI Global Publisher.
