"""All college students need guidance when working in a professional setting for the first time. Dr. Friedrich's book Real-World Learning is the perfect guide as they enter an internship or co-op. The book is easy to read, practical, and encourages students to reflect upon their experiences through thought-provoking questions and activities. I plan to use this book to help my undergraduate students adapt to their new work environments and culture, and support them as they learn to improve communication skills in a professional workplace.""
