I have read a lot of books, and this one is very nice explaining basics on Investing in Real Estate and I would say it is a must read for first time buyers.This book provides effective ways that any beginners and current real estate agents should know to achieve better results in this area. No doubt that this book has convinced me to try attending seminars and training and become a certified real estate agent.I enjoyed reading it and would highly recommend it.
