Jeffrey Boadi was born and raised in Central London to Ghanaian parents. He had a semi-pro career in football from 2007–2015, which took him around the world. To maximise his performance on the pitch, he aimed to adopt as best a diet as possible and soon began to understand the countless benefits of proper nutrition. Just a few years later, he began to apply his research to a plant-based lifestyle and is now dedicated to transforming lives through the power of whole foods and healthy, mindful living. Jeffrey has written for women’s digital lifestyle magazine I The Stylist, has appeared on multiple podcasts, and writes a blog called ‘The Wealth of Health’. He continues to build his Instagram community through sharing recipes, education and information, all pointing towards the power of a plant-based diet – and an altogether healthier – lifestyle.
