Kirstine is TribalScale’s President and CRO. She is a top-tier executive responsible for TribalScale’s continued growth and international expansion. She leads TribalScale’s revenue and sales strategies, and operations, while actively fostering collaboration and innovation amongst the Tribe, and its partners in mobile, AI, and voice tech. Kirstine brings revolutionary and diverse ideas to TribalScale, contributes to our leadership thinking and inspires at all levels of the organisation. Before TribalScale, Kirstine was the Chief Strategy Officer at Diply. During her time at Diply it surged to to the top. Under Kirstine, Diply was named an EY Young Entrepreneur of the Year, won NextMedia’s Digi Awards Company of the Year, and ranked first in Deloitte’s Fast50 Tech Growth Companies in Canada. Before Diply, Kirstine was VP of Media at Twitter. She led Twitter’s expansion into Canada, and oversaw North American partnerships across all verticals. Kirstine was the Executive Vice President of CBC’s English services, and under Kirstine’s leadership, the CBC ranked number one as Consumer Brand of the Year. Before joining the CBC, Kirstine was the Senior VP of Programming at Alliance Atlantis. She oversaw HGTV, the Food Network, National Geographic, BBC Canada and others. Kirstine’s career is filled with inspiring ‘firsts,’ and epitomises groundbreaking success at every stage. Kirstine earned her BA from the University of Toronto, graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School’s Global Leadership in the 21st Century Program, as well as the University of Oxford’s Transformational Leadership Program. She sits on the board of Kognitiv, the Score, and WOW Entertainment, she is also a member of the DMZ Advisory Council, and a mentor for theBIGPush, #MoveTheDial, and TechStars. Kirstine’s book Our Turn is a bestseller geared towards women in leadership in today’s world. Laurel Lefkow is one of the top US voices in the UK. She is a regular on BBC Radio 4 in radio plays, narrating the Book of the Week and Book at Bedtime. She has won awards for her audiobooks including Best Female Narrator of the Year. Laurel has voiced numerous computer games including main roles in Alien vs Predator, and is the voice of Ripley in Audible's Original Drama Alien: Sea of Sorrows. Recent film and television credits include Black Mirror, The Diplomat, Absentia and the films Fair Play and Misbehaviour. Laurel lives in London with her two daughters.
