Kauffman empowers faculty to navigate legal risks, intellectual property issues, and the true scope of tenure and academic freedom, all while engaging readers to predict outcomes of real cases. A must-read for any faculty member seeking clarity and protection in their roles. -- Bonni Stachowiak, Producer and Host of Teaching in Higher Ed Podcast
