Emma Bord is a qualified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, a mum of three and an accomplished marathon runner dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and capable through every stage of motherhood. Specialising in pre- and postnatal exercise, she supports mums in safely rebuilding strength, restoring their bodies, and rediscovering self-belief after pregnancy and birth. Living just outside London, Emma balances family life with coaching, writing and training, combining professional expertise with real-life experience. She understands the pressures of motherhood and champions realistic, sustainable fitness that fits into busy lives and focuses on progress, not perfection. Having completed all six World Major Marathons, Emma is passionate about showing other mums that big goals are still possible.
