He is author of Praying for Reform: Luther, Prayer, and the Christian Life (2006) and Luther""s Theological Testament (1995). Timothy F. Lull was President of Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, Berkeley, and Professor of systematic theology there before his death in 2003.
