Luisa Carvalho is Associate Professor (with agregação) at Department of Economics and Management, School of Business and Administration, Setúbal Polytechnic University, Portugal. She was untill January of 2024 full researcher at the RESILIENCE (Research Center), University of Évora (Portugal). She received her PhD in Management from the University of Évora (Portugal), she conclude two post-doctoral programs in administration (one focused on entrepreneurial profile of business incubators and the second one about sustainability in local public administration). Actually she is also invited professor on University of São Paulo-Brazil and on Universidade de Maringá-Brazil on the Post Graduated and PhD programs. She is the author of several articles in scientific journals, international conferences, books and book chapters and are integrated in several nacional and international research networks. She is Vice-President for Research, Internationalization and Entrepreneurship in Setúbal Polytechnic University since 2022. Leonilde Reis is Coordinator Professor with Aggregation at the School of Business and Administration (ESCE) of the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS). The activities of teaching in higher education were developed since 1992 in the field of “Information Systems” and focused on undergraduate, master's and doctoral courses. Aggregation in Information Sciences, Fernando Pessoa University; PhD in Systems Information and Technologies, Minho University; Master’s in management informatics, Católica University. Author of several publications in national and international journals, books and book chapters. Ana Figueiredo , GECAD - is associated with the Research Group on Intelligent Engineering and Computing for Advanced Innovation and Development DEI/ISEP – Informatics Engineering Department ISEP-P.Porto (Higher Institute of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto). Nelson Russo has a Ph.D. in Web Science and Technology, University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. Collaborating with Universidade Aberta. Tax Inspector in Informatics area. Invited Lecturer between 2008 and 2019 in the Department of Systems and Informatics, Setúbal School of Technology, Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS). Specialist in Informatics in Public Administration until 2015. Author of several publications in national and international journals, books, and book chapters.
