Amanda Cupido is an award-winning podcast producer, TEDx speaker, author and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Lead Podcasting, an agency that produces podcasts for enterprise organizations. As an adjunct professor she helped redefine the radio courses at both Seneca Polytechnic and Toronto Metropolitan University. Previously, she worked as a radio producer, reporter and news anchor. Most notably, she was the first woman to be a program director at a talk radio station in Toronto. Amanda has a Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University, a Master of Professional Studies in Psychology of Leadership from Pennsylvania State University and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford. Erika Casupanan is a media personality, keynote speaker, podcast host and writer. As the winner of SURVIVOR 41, she became the franchise's first Canadian and first Filipino winner, and the first woman to win the game in seven seasons. Now, Erika dedicates her career to inspiring those who feel underestimated to see that they can win. Erika is the host, creator and executive producer of the Happy to See Me podcast which puts the spotlight on the stories and people who have been overlooked and underestimated. Happy to See Me is part of the Sonar Network and is currently on its third season.
