Organizational culture plays a critical role in shaping the well-being of healthcare providers, influencing everything from job satisfaction and stress levels to teamwork and patient care quality. In clinical environments, supportive leadership, clear communication, and respect can help prevent burnout and increase employee resilience. On the other hand, overly demanding workplaces may undermine mental and physical health, leading to decreased performance and higher organizational turnover. Exploring this relationship highlights the importance of fostering positive organizational cultures that prioritize the well-being of healthcare providers. Impact of Organizational Culture and the Well Being of Healthcare Providers explores how organizational culture shapes the well-being and productivity of healthcare providers and the management of clients. It offers actionable strategies, real-world applications, and global case studies to help healthcare organizations transform their workplaces. This book covers topics such as ethics and law, mental health, and professional development, and is a useful resource for business owners, medical and healthcare professionals, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
