Tamsin Winter grew up in a tiny village in Northamptonshire where there was nothing to do. She spent her childhood reading books and writing stories, mostly about cats. She has a degree in English literature and creative writing, and has been teaching, travelling the world and daydreaming for most of her adult life. She currently lives in Leicestershire with her son.
Winter is bitingly astute on the lure of social media and the dynamics of friendship in this warm, poignant read for younger teens. * The Observer * Another brilliant teen book from Tamsin Winter - funny, sharp and hard-hitting. I recommend Tamsin's books to all the teens I know - and their parents too! * Lucy Strange, author of The Secret of Nightingale Wood * How far would you go for a friend? A shocking, poignant, powerful read with a message all young teens need to hear. * Cathy Cassidy, author of The Chocolate Box Girls * [A] powerful and heartfelt story which has a message that all young teens need to read. * The Star * A pointed look at peer influence and digital choices, it's a perspicuous read for 12+ year olds that deftly unpicks the blurred lines between real life and life online. Highly recommended. * School Reading List *
