Adelbert Scholtz holds a PhD in occupational psychology, a doctorate in the history of Christianity, and advanced qualifications in labor relations, philosophy, New Testament studies, and pastoral family therapy. He is a retired minister of religion and is registered as a counseling psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. He has many years of experience in leading positions within various organizations, including church structures, the South African Defense Force, the Board of the Stellenbosch University, an international recruiting agency as CEO, educational and welfare organizations, and trade unions.
