Reviews for The Psychologically Responsive Leader: The EVOLVING framework for health, social care and education professionals

We spend years at study to gain technical expertise and educational degrees in our respective fields and, yet, we rarely allocate meaningful time learning how to lead ourselves and others. This brilliant book solves for this challenge, helping people evolve into the leaders they can be. A must-read! -- Stephen “Shed” Shedletzky, Author of “Speak-Up Culture: When Leaders Truly Listen, People Step Up.” A practical and accessible book that effectively blends theory with practice. An essential text for any leader at the sharp end of work, whether you're starting your journey into psychologically responsive practice, or already well versed in practice. -- Tom Geraghty, founder of Psych Safety
