How Do I Build It? picks up where the first two books left off-focusing not just on who you are as a leader or what you say, but on what you do to create lasting impact. Leadership, after all, isn't just personal, it's organizational.

In this third installment of the series, Dr. joyce gillie gossom explores the intentional work of shaping organizational culture and strategy. Through powerful storytelling, practical frameworks, and decades of experience in civic, corporate, and nonprofit leadership, she shows how value-driven leaders can build environments where people thrive and missions move forward.

How do you turn vision into reality? How do you design structures that support equity, growth, and accountability? How do you make culture more than a buzzword?

This book is a guide for leaders who are ready to roll up their sleeves and build something that lasts. By leading with purpose, courage, and clarity.
