Mental toughness curriculum for 14-16 year olds

The go-to evidence-based curriculum that builds student resilience, achievement and wellbeing (RAW). The curriculum was created by Senior PI Associate Daniela Falecki and CEO of The Positivity Institute, Dr Suzy Green - a positive collaboration! The program consists of a Teacher Manual complete with 21 lessons (7 units with 3 x 50 minute lessons) and teacher instructions and a Student Workbook complete with lesson-by-lesson worksheets.

Whilst the concept of Mental Toughness and the construct of the 4C's is used extensively in sports and increasingly in the corporate sector, opportunities abound for applications in educational settings.

Reviews for Growing Mentally Tough Teens (Student Workbook): Tools for Building Resilience, Achievement and Wellbeing (for 14 to 16 year olds)

As the first school to pilot Growing Mentally Tough Teens we can attest to its benefits. The program provides teenagers with evidence-based yet user-friendly tools to be resilient during times of stress, pressure and challenge and addresses the ever increasing need for schools to provide teenagers with strategies for coping and resilience. It's now become part of our Year 10 (Senior School) Positive Education Program at the school. Our teachers are impressed with the proactive approach and students are engaging positively with the strategies. Madonna Ahern - Mt St Michaels College, Brisbane, Australia
