Waldemar Zambrano's journey into biblical meditation began through a supernatural movement of the Holy Spirit while serving in Iraq in 2003. Amid war's trauma, he experienced a divine encounter that introduced him to the Breath of Life as a path to healing and spiritual connection. What started as a personal quest for peace amidst post-war struggles evolved into a 25-year exploration of breath as the divine connection between humanity and God.As a member of the International Federation of Breathworkers, Waldemar brings a uniquely Christian perspective to breathwork practice. His approach to biblical meditation isn't borrowed from Eastern traditions-it's reclaimed from Scripture, where Hebrew words like Hagah, Siyach, and Higgayon reveal God's original design for spiritual communion. Before discovering his calling as a breathwork meditation instructor, Waldemar served honorably for 23 years in the Active Army and National Guard, retiring as an E-8 Master Sergeant. His military career as a combat engineer, airborne infantryman, and intelligence analyst instilled the discipline and resilience that now infuse his teaching methodology. With a BA in visual communications from Columbia College in Chicago, Waldemar spent 20 years as a television producer/director, earning two Emmy nominations while working for a Christian television network. Since 2010, he has balanced his spiritual calling with federal service at Homeland Security, rising to management at Chicago's O'Hare Airport. As founder of Christian Meditation Academy, Waldemar has taught his revolutionary ""Ruach Breathing"" method to diverse populations-from fellow veterans battling PTSD to church congregations and inner-city communities. His unique background bridges military discipline, media ministry, and spiritual insight, making ancient biblical practices accessible to modern Christians seeking an authentic connection with God
