Reviews for Diverticulitis Cookbook: 120 Quick, Easy & healthy Recipes to Enjoy Pain-Free Foods for the Proper Treatment of Gut Health & Heal Your Digestive Disorders.

This book gave me a lot of basic, but really helpful information about diverticulitis. Reading it gave me a lot of help with what to eat, and not eat, how to plan menus, and how to grocery shop easier. There's a good amount of information on what diverticulosis, or diverticulitis is, how it happens, and how you can take better care of yourself. I really wish I had found this book sooner, because it has really helped me to stay away from certain foods. So much information in this book. -- J. Orwell, dietician.
